We make-to-order! Each sweater is knit within 1-2 business days after you place your order.

International Shipping (FedEx or DHL) takes an average of 6-8 days to deliver most shipments from Bali. Delays beyond this could occur. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

FedEx AND DHL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE
FedEx and DHL require a signature upon delivery with international packages. You can leave a signed note on your door if you want the package left without a signature; however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In the event that a package is returned because of a failed delivery or must be rerouted, we charge a flat $15 Re-Shipping fee.
