DHL REQUIRES A SIGNATURE
DHL requires a signature upon delivery for international packages. You can leave a signed note on your door if you want the package left without a signature; however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In the event that a package is returned because of a failed delivery or must be rerouted, we charge a flat $15 Re-Shipping fee.
