You get FREE SHIPPING with DHL on any order of $125 or more! We ship to all US States. Most orders take 6-7 days to ship from Bali, so please order early for Holiday themes. However, if you order items from our Quick Ship collection, they will arrive in 2-5 days with Ground Shipping or 2-3 days with Expedited Shipping. Sale items are FINAL SALE. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges unless the item already has a damage upon receipt. To return a damaged item, it should be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Please email us at hello@wooden-ships.com if your Sale item is damaged.
While our Knits are Machine Washable, we recommend minimal washing, as all knits will naturally wear from friction. Wash separately on delicate cycle with WOOLITE Gentle soap, using a laundry bag. Please see "How do I wash my new item?" in our FAQs for more tips.
